The unglamorous work that quietly costs a firm its margin: data re-keyed between systems, documents assembled by hand, compliance evidence hunted through inboxes. We automate it, usually inside the tools people already use rather than in another separate system.

How we work

  1. Understand the problem

    We start with the number that needs to move and the people the work lands on, which usually means going and looking: a depot, a site, a Saturday morning at a club. Briefs describe the symptom more often than the cause.

  2. Find where the data lives

    Most projects turn on this. Records rarely sit where the org chart says they do, and the same person or asset routinely appears three ways across four systems. We reconcile it and fix collection at source rather than patching downstream forever.

  3. Design and prototype

    We prototype cheaply enough that being wrong early costs very little, and test with the people who will actually use it rather than about them. This is where we would rather talk you out of something than build it.

  4. Build in production shape

    Tested, observable, documented and deployable from the first sprint. Accessibility and audit trails are part of the build, not a late assessment, because retrofitting either is always more expensive and usually worse.

  5. Launch and hand over

    We deploy, monitor and hand over to the team who will run it, with contract-first APIs, infrastructure as code and documentation written for them. Nothing about the way we build assumes we stay.

  6. Run and improve

    Live software starts telling you things nothing before it could. We keep working on adoption, performance and the models that only earn their place once there is real usage to learn from.
